Qui le n\u00e9gocie ? Sur quels sujets peut-on n\u00e9gocier ? Quelles conditions doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9unies pour la conclusion d\u2019un accord ? Le webinaire s\u2019est termin\u00e9 par une s\u00e9rie d\u2019environ 10 questions-r\u00e9ponses, donnant ainsi la parole \u00e0 certains des participants.
